Howyou will create an impact :

• You will further develop and implement an effective Compliance program and enhance the risk management framework.
• Implementing and improving measures, processes, and internal controls to meet legal and internal requirements will be part of your responsibility.
• You will provide preventive advice on compliance issues like anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud.
• You will conduct internal investigations, monitor implementation of measures, and define escalation processes when necessary.
• You will prepare and roll out global compliance initiatives, including training materials and communication strategies.
• You will design the Business Partner Integrity Management process and maintain compliance policies.
• You will monitor regulatory activities, promote best practices, and foster a strong compliance culture.
• Youwill review compliance-related contracts and maintain compliance records.

Aboutyou :

• You have a completed law or business degree (post-graduate qualifications in risk / compliance / law are an advantage).
• You have 5+ years of experience in compliance and risk management (consultancy or in-house).
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
• You communicate effectively and have a hands-on, creative approach to knowledge sharing.
• You work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You understand and document workflows and have a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Youpossess broad technical knowledge in compliance areas like corporategovernance, ESG, risk management and crisis management.
