Chief Risk & Compliance - Your Role :

We are seeking a Chief Risk and Compliance with over 6 years of experience , preferably with a background in a law firm. This role involves :

• Policy Interpretation and Training :
• Acting as the local expert on regulatory frameworks (AML-CTF, international sanctions, GDPR, DAC6, etc.).
• Implementing and monitoring compliance with regulations.
• Conducting training to foster a risk-aware culture within the firm.
• Supervision :
• Leading a team of one in-house lawyer and three risk and compliance analysts.
• Ensuring the efficient handling of client file procedures and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Strategic Advice :
• Offering strategic guidance on risk management to senior management.
• Assisting in key projects by providing risk insights and updating the firm's risk register.

Chief Risk & Compliance - Your Profile :

• Over 6 years of experience in a law firm , with a transition into risk and compliance.
• Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks such as AML, GDPR , DAC6, and international sanctions.
• Bachelor and / or Master in Law and a previous experience as an Associate are mandatory
• Bilingual in French and English (required).
• Ability to supervise a team, offer strategic advice, and maintain internal policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
