What you’ll build

You will work on the further development of the enterprise architecture for our sovereign cloud platform, with a particular focus on technology and IT infrastructure. Therefore, you will analyze technological and business requirements and derive well-founded target architectures as well as concrete roadmaps for the further development of our IT landscape.

A key part of your work is the cross-functional coordination of various corporate units to jointly achieve strategic goals and establish a unified company-wide architectural vision. In the architecture committees you organize, technological innovations are identified and evaluated to integrate forward-looking developments into the enterprise architecture at an early stage.

In addition, you will actively support compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable security standards, thereby contributing to the company’s governance and compliance. You will also develop customized solution architectures for strategically important projects that will have a lasting impact on the IT landscape.

What you bring

• Completed studies in computer science with business focus or a similar qualification
• Several years of experience with the IT and software architecture of cloud systems as well as first contact with enterprise architecture
• In-depth and practical knowledge of distributed systems and IT infrastructure
• Special expertise in hyperscaler cloud architectures (ideally Microsoft Azure)
• Strong ability to clearly present IT architectures using common tools and frameworks (e.g., UML, arc42, TOGAF, Archimate, etc.)
• Ideally, experience working with SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio

We work in an international environment, so excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential.
