For Lufthansa Technik AG—one of the world’s leading providers of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services in the aviation industry—we are seeking an experienced Pneumatic Systems Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg as soon as possible.

This position is to be filled on a temporary staffing basis (contract labor) for the period from October 1, 2026, to October 1, 2027.

In this role, you will support the maintenance and servicing of pneumatic components, making a vital contribution to the safe and reliable operation of modern aviation systems.

Disassembly, inspection, and assembly of pneumatic devices and subassemblies

Support for maintenance and repair processes

Documentation and processing of work orders in SAP

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation using MS Office

Performance of functional and quality checks

Support in the optimization of technical workflows

Collaboration with specialized departments within the technical maintenance division

Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification

Technical aptitude and an interest in aviation technology

Strong IT skills, including experience with SAP and MS Office

Structured and meticulous approach to work

Team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility

Good communication skills

Excellent command of German

English proficiency at a minimum B1 level

Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
