Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Roding suchen wir:
Production Machine Operator (m/f/d) – 10/5 working time model
10 days’ work, 5 days off – the 10/5 working time model
With us, you have the option of working under the 10/5 working time model by arrangement: ten working days are followed by five consecutive days off. This creates longer blocks of free time, which can be used, for example, to spend time with family or to travel home if you have a long commute.

Your responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring machinery
- Preparing the machinery and ensuring the necessary production materials are available
- Setting up and adjusting the machinery in accordance with specified production parameters
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring trouble-free operation
- Carrying out quality checks and verifying the completed documents
- Identifying and rectifying minor machine faults
- Recording production data and reporting any deviations
- Cleaning and maintaining the machines and work areas
- Compliance with safety regulations as well as data protection and confidentiality rules
Your profile:
- Work experience as a machine operator, machine handler or in a similar role in production
- Technical understanding and experience in operating production machinery
- Knowledge of operating, setting up and monitoring machinery
- Ability to identify and rectify minor machine faults
- Basic IT skills for recording production data
- A meticulous, reliable and structured approach to work
- A strong sense of quality and responsibility
