As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the end to end recruitment process for niche and specialised roles in Germany, Austria and Switzerland leading a team of recruitment professionals, empowering them to meet functional goals by providing direction on sourcing strategies and best practices.
Being close to the marketplace through benchmarking and networking, you will analyse recruitment and business trends to provide expert solutions to finding top talent.
Your insight will allow you to make recommendations on recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, driving differentiated recruitment approaches for sourcing top talent in key talent segments.
You will build positive partnerships with business leaders to provide a proactive and inclusive talent acquisition approach.
Heres just some of what youll do in this role :
- Maintains high visibility with and influences assigned business leaders and HR members
- Provides day-to-day management and direction of critical initiatives by leading a recruiting team
- Collaborate with other GTA (Global Talent Acquisition) Managers to gain insight into business talent needs and stays current on regional best practices and issues
- Run end to end recruitment for strategic / senior level roles for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and other EMEA Markets as needed
- Manages and is responsible for the Hiring Leader relationship
- Provides guidance to Hiring Leaders regarding available skills / talent in the market and salary offers
- Ensures ATS information is up to date and follows regional regulations
- Acts as talent acquisition SME to advise and prioritise both local and global needs
- Partners with CEG (Colleague Experience Group, HR) Operations to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day GTA delivery
- Assesses the overall effectiveness / impact of the internal and external GTA strategies, TA execution, and customer / candidate satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications :
Strong communication skills written and spoken in English and German, additional language beneficial
University degree (Bachelor or higher degree in economics or similar field, preferrable with Human Resources focus) and 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple talent segments
Understanding and knowledge of the talent and recruitment landscape in EMEA - primarily Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Strong recruitment functional expertise with demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing passive talent for complex and difficult to hire roles
Proven track record leading and coordinating recruitment teams, coaching and developing others
Experience using current TA technologies (CRM and ATS), job boards and other talent attraction platforms
Experience operating independently as an individual contributor and leader in a complex HR / recruitment team
Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Experience driving process optimization and continuous improvement in recruitment
Strategic outlook and ability to lead change and innovation
Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and business lines
