We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic self-motivated Key Account Manager (m / f / d) to join our fast-paced and sociable start-up team.

As global start-up company we are producing a multiplicity of customizable products for various industries (i.e. pharma companies, research institutes, universities, tech companies).

This results in exciting tasks for you as a Key Account Manager (m / f / d) . After all, you are responsible for the interface between faCellitate and the constantly changing customer requirements and wishes.

In order to be able to respond to these quickly and efficiently, customer orientation and customer proximity are two of the most important success factors.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Responsible for the complete sales process for our global customer portfolio
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiation of supply contract
  • Fulfillment of after-sales measures

Must Have

  • Degree in biology or related fields
  • Passion for Life Science
  • Perfect written English
  • Experienced in marketing and sales
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid work permit for Germany

    • Nice to have

  • Cell culture experience, prior practical knowledge with 3D cell culture and / or stem cells
  • Additional language skills
  • International mindset
  • Sales strategy experience
  • Strong analytical skills

    • Communication is the key to success

    In sales, you will be based directly in global business and will be responsible for the entire customer portfolio. Working closely with our Marketing and Logistics team, you will concert the growth of our company's market share.
