Your dual study program
Your dual study programcombines practical work at our company with theoretical lectures at the DHBW in Mannheim.
During your studies at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Mannheim you will acquire all relevant specialist knowledge, from programming to IT infrastructures.
You will learn how to select, integrate and further develop computer systems, networks and their applications. In addition you will also train your soft skills and learn company-relevant subjects such as project management and intercultural communication.
Your Amadeus experiences
You will spend your practical phases at Amadeus Bad Homburg in an international agile team, where you can directly apply what you learn at university in practice.
While working on specific solutionsand projects for the travel industry, you will also learn about other technologies (e.
g. programming languages, GenAI and Cloud technologies) and methods such as Agile software development processes. As part of the team, you will be accompanied and supported by a supervisor during your practical phases.
The degree program lasts 3 years (6 semesters).
In Addition we offer the possibility to do a 2-months internship with us upfront to already give you insights in our team and prepare you for your maths clases during your studies
