Media Content Creator - Working Student

The Media Content Creator position is responsible to assist our efforts in integrating advanced video production techniques and AI-driven content creation tools.

The role will assist in the development of compelling videos and images that not only captivate and engage our audience but also drive our brand’s narrative forward.

This role will help to ensure the production of high-quality, innovative content that resonates with our target markets.

Detailed Job Duties : (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

• Produce and edit simple yet engaging video content that aligns with project goals and brand standards.
• Manage and coordinate the production process for videos and images, working closely with content creators and freelancers to ensure timely and quality outputs.
• Actively seek out and master new digital tools to enhance content creation, with a focus on AI technologies and popular platforms like Canva.
• Generate creative assets using AI tools, modifying outputs to finely tune them to our brand’s needs.
• Utilize advanced tools to research competitor activities, drawing inspiration to develop innovative video concepts and strategies.
• Work collaboratively across teams to integrate multimedia content in broader marketing campaigns.
• Organize and schedule content production to maintain a consistent flow of fresh and engaging materials.

What does SUCCESS look like?

• Successfully supporting the new project by efficiently editing videos and coordinating production around videos and images.
• Generating creative content using AI tools and modifying them as necessary.
• Conducting effective research on competitor activities to derive inspiration for new video concepts.

• Currently enrolled student in Germany.
• Basic knowledge about video creation.
• Good understanding of efficient coordination of different tools and freelancers.
• Basic understanding of video editing software and graphic design tools, including AI-enhanced platforms.
• Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules and collaborate with external creatives.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for digital trends and multimedia technologies.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and tool integration.
