Our main responsibilities include organizing our global IT project demands managing program project and product teams and developing and owning global IT processes standards and addition we provide services for process automation.

What you can expect:

• You take end-to-end responsibility for the planning steering and implementation of complex IT projects in a global supply chain environment.
• You lead strategically relevant corporate initiatives as part of our TWIN program driving the sustainable transformation optimization and digitalization of our end-to-end supply chain.
• You are responsible for delivering integrated IT solutions from operational execution processes to the integration of cross-functional enterprise systems.
• You ensure that project and program objectives are achieved in terms of time quality budget and scope.
• You act as the central interface coordinating IT units supply chain functions and external partners across all project phases from solution design to hypercare.
• You work closely with the IT and business functions within the TWIN program and take ownership of technical design implementation and global rollouts.
• You lead international interdisciplinary project teams and manage stakeholders at all leadership levels through structured communication and active stakeholder management.
• You drive innovative IT solutions to optimize automate and end-to-end integrate global supply chain processes.
• You contribute to the further development of our project management standards and take on coaching and mentoring responsibilities in an international context.

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Informatics Computer Science Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification.
• Many years of experience managing complex IT projects in an international supply chain environment ideally with end-to-end responsibility.
• Completed PMP certification (PMI) is an advantage.
• Experience in applying hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proven track record in transformation or implementation projects with high organizational process and technological complexity.
• Solid experience working with implementation partners and system integrators including managing architecture design and rollout phases.
• Experience using modern AI tools in project management (planning steering risk analysis reporting automation decision support).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a confident presence at all leadership levels.
• Experience in leading developing and motivating interdisciplinary and international project teams.
• Very strong structuring organizational and results-oriented skills combined with a pronounced ownership mindset.
• Business-fluent German and English both spoken and written.
