Hemmersbach, one of the fastest-growing companies globally, is seeking an enthusiastic Onsite IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Stade. In this exciting role, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our users experience the 'Wow' factor every day!

What you'll do :

Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support with a smile.
Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
Manage hardware / software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts and migrations.
Showcase your analytical skills by troubleshooting and documenting system and application errors effectively.

What you'll need :

Formal training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.

Solid experience working with the Microsoft environment.

Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.

Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
