Tasks and responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to expand new customer base in Germany.
  • Design and implement market development strategies, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, standardize sales processes, and achieve sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers in Germany.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and developing business strategies.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of relevant market policies, conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide strategic basis and data support for the company's business development and new product development.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions in Germany market, collect industry information, and expand business channels.
  • Working closely with our Chinese merchandiser teams to ensure timely delivery of products to Germany market.
  • Building and overseeing the development of our organizational structure in Germany.
  • As our Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to grow our business in Germany market.

Job requirements

  • You-must have relevant industry knowledge and contacts and ability to generate and bring in new business opportunities for the company.
  • You must have extensive experience as a manager of sales or product in importer companies.
  • You must have fashion apparel development and business knowledge and a deep understanding of Germany garment market.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Experience working with international production centers is a plus.
  • You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • You will need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
