Weare looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager who will own the strategy,planning, development and implementation of marketing andcommunication strategies for environmental compliance solutions toincrease Selling Partner awareness, engagement and adoption.
Youwill work with the Marketing Lead to research the market offering,define the market segmentation, product entitlement, yearlyforecast and adoption targets for cross regional sales team.
Youwill be responsible for the awareness, adoption and marketing ofenvironmental solutions, direct and self-service recruitment,Selling Partner communication and engagement as well as providinginsights to improve the offering.
You will also be responsible tocreate seller-facing communication and content, marketing assetsand defining channel strategy.
Key jobresponsibilities
1. Develop and Implement Marketing andAdoption Strategies for environmental compliance solutions
4. Conduct market research to understand industrytrends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insightsto refine marketing and sales approaches.
5. Develop andmanage a content marketing strategy that includes educational andmarketing materials to engage target audiences on compliancetopics.
6. Create and execute product marketing campaignsthat highlight the unique value propositions of compliancesolutions
7. Plan and coordinate online trainings,webinars, workshops, and industry events to educate potential andexisting sellers on compliance best practices and serviceofferings.
8. Work closely with Seller Experience,Product, Legal, Strategic Communication teams to ensure alignmentin messaging and experience.
9. Monitor and analyzemarketing and sales performance metrics, providing regular reportsand insights to senior management.
10. Oversee theselection and management of the most effective marketing andcommunications channels and the channel mix strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’sdegree in marketing, business administration, communications, or arelated field.
- Over 7 years of professionalexperience in marketing or a closely related field, with a proventrack record in developing and executing successful marketingstrategies, including acquisition marketing and channelprograms.
- In-depth knowledge of digitalmarketing channels, including email marketing and contentmarketing, and experience developing and managing cross-functionalmarketing campaigns.
- Strong ability to usedata and metrics to drive marketing decisions and improveperformance.
- Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to create compellingmarketing content and deliver impactfulpresentations.
- Demonstrated experience inmanaging marketing budgets and optimizing expenditures for maximumreturn on investment.
- Proficiency withmarketing automation platforms, content management systems (CMS),and customer relationship management (CRM)tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changingmarket conditions and evolving business needs, with experiencemanaging campaigns across multiple time zones andlanguages.
- Strong understanding of customerneeds and behaviors, with the ability to develop strategies thatenhance customer engagement andsatisfaction.
- Experience in internationalmarketing or collaborating with global teams, particularly inexecuting campaigns across diverseregions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience driving direction, alignment, and collaborationacross large cross-functional teams and with external agencypartners to achieve marketing objectives.
- Experience designing and executing joint, integrated marketingcampaigns that leverage a mix of digital, traditional, and emergingchannels with strategic alliance partners, particularly those witha global footprint, to expand market reach and drivegrowth.
- Proficiency in data manipulation,including the use of macros, charts, and pivot tables, to analyzetrends, generate insights, and inform strategic marketingdecisions.
- Strong problem-solving skillswith a track record of developing creative solutions to complexmarketing challenges, optimizing processes, and driving continuousimprovement.
