Sr Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
SUMMARY
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager you are responsible for marketing and business development for automotive UWB with a focus on APAC region.
In this capacity you will be responsible for driving Qorvo UWB automotive business in APAC : generating customer demand and funnel creation, design win and revenue generation, collecting inputs for next generation products from silicon to software and support tools.
You will be at the interface of the market and the diverse functional groups within the Business Unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop customer growth strategies for Qorvo UWB for Automotive and smart mobility in APAC.
Drive opportunity funnel management & growth through engagement with our sales & distribution partners in APAC.
Generate eye catching headlines to build the Qorvo brand and attract new customers.
Develop business models to derive competitive positioning and value proposition.
Ensure close interaction and coordination with design, manufacturing, quality, test, finance, marketing, and distribution so that we meet customer needs.
Be the voice of the customer to engineering, product line manager and operations.
Establish pricing models and develop customer specific pricing strategies in coordination with Product Line Managers and Sales that insure revenue and profitable growth.
Forecast of orders and sales of new and existing Service offering.
Formulates and executes long-term plans to improve revenue growth and margin improvement in APAC.
Create MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and kick-off new product development in advance of roadmap requirements.
Support the new product development business process from initiation through production.
Carry out research to determine customer technical needs and expectations to develop new products or service offerings.
Develop partnerships in Asia and China to address customer needs and increase Qorvo grow ecosystem.
Monitor Asia and China UWB standards for automotive (ex : ICCE, ) and recommend Qorvo strategy.
Collaborate with end customers, Sales, Design Engineering, and Operations to define product requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong team player, ability to pro-actively coordinate across multiple teams and work towards solutions for our customers.
Firm understanding of RF and embedded SW in wireless applications, preferably UWB, BLE and car access systems.
10+ years of marketing, embedded SW / HW development in a customer facing role - APAC market is a preference but not limited to
Demonstrated successful execution of customer growth that delivered measurable business results.
Master degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent).
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills towards customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in marketing techniques and concepts : market analysis, positioning, competitive analysis.
Solution and Value Proposition’ oriented, with focus to contribute to business growth.
Database and data analysis experience is helpful.
