Establishment and recruitment of new development teams, fostering growth and talent acquisition. Drive the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes, e.
g. Automated testing, CI / CD. Support team members in their personal development and execution of operational tasks to achieve our ambitious goals, e.
