We are looking for you! We offer a full-time position (40h / week) as a Salesforce Solution Architect (m / f / d) in one of our locations in either Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig or Munich .

The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.

Your Mission

• As Salesforce Solution Architect you align customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales and delivery of a Salesforce solution
• You are responsible for further expansion of the Salesforce ecosystem with a detailed view of optimal application architecture in terms of functionality, scalability, performance, security and operation in an agile project environment
• You’ll also identify the optimal solution for a business requirement and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the business use case and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another
• You’re a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and the PO to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem
• You’ll help to educate the team with technical best practices
• You in charge of building proofs-of-concept (POCs) that teams can further iterate on
• You groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with the PO and the SMEs
• You supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of our Salesforce environment

Your essential experience and education

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
• Functional understanding of the purpose and use-cases for technologies and frameworks that are key to effective solution design (i.

e. frontend development, integration, analytics, security).

• Deep technical knowledge, but you’re also have excellent listening, communication, and presentation soft skills
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities
• Deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with our business objectives
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends and able to actively make suggestions based on the results
• A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
• Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals

Minimum Salesforce certified :

• Administrator
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Platform App Builder

Beneficial Skills :

• Salesforce Application, System Architect, or Data Cloud certifications are encouraged
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java and SQL / SOQL
• Active in the Salesforce community
• Industry experience within Insurance, Telecommunication, Energy or Financial Services is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
• Experience with Salesforce MarketingCloud and CDP integrations
