Senior Sales Manager - Hamburg

Position : Sales Manager
Location : Hamburg, Münster, and Hanover Region

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the Hamburg, Münster, and Hanover regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the assigned regions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 year's experience in commercial logistics for a freight forwarder.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Bilingual proficiency in German and English.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
