Head of Business Development
Edenthorpe Search has been selected to identify and build the sales and business development team for a fast growing European Digital Asset Exchange.
As the Head of Business Development you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of this cryptocurrency exchange.
You will oversee strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and market penetration strategies to position the exchange as a leading player in the industry.
Your expertise in business development, coupled with a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, will be crucial in achieving the companies ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive Germany development plan focused on user acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
Influencer Engagement : Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers in finance, technology, and media to strengthen brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership : Build and manage a talented team of business development professionals, providing mentorship and support to drive individual and collective success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential growth opportunities within the European cryptocurrency space.
Industry Representation : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish and maintain a strong presence in the European cryptocurrency community.
Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and other legal documents while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
This role is fully remote, however you will be expected to hire a team of 4 junior business development professionals in Germany once appointed.
