Capcora is a European M&A and Corporate Finance boutique specializing in renewable energy with offices in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Münster, Munich, and Warsaw.
We are currently expanding our back-office team. Become part of a highly motivated international team (15+ nationalities among our 45 employees) and join our team as an Assistant Marketing Manager, where you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the marketing efforts of our advisory boutique.

The position
As an Assistant Marketing Manager in Capcora, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our organization's marketing functions.
You will be pivotal in attracting and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. This role requires a diverse skill set encompassing marketing acumen, and a strategic mindset to support the growth and success of our firm.
You will directly report to both Managing Partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Brand Development
Support the Management Board to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the brand image and visibility of the firm.
Support improving brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels.
Digital Marketing
Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, content creation, and social media campaigns.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions, including search engine optimization (SEO)3
Content Creation :
Generate and curate engaging content, primarily focusing on press releases but also encompassing articles, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, in collaboration with team members.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content that showcases the firm's expertise.
Leverage content marketing strategies to generate leads and drive client engagement.
Event Management
Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, speaker management, and promotional activities.
Measure event success and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.
Budgeting
Assist in creating marketing budgets by considering campaign objectives and historical expenses
Identify opportunities to optimize expenses by evaluating and pitching marketing firms that align with our needs and budget constraints.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience in marketing, preferably in the consulting or advisory industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- German and English language are mandatory for this role.
