What you will be doing

• Lead channel performance analysis : Dive deep into digital and direct sales data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and shape actionable strategies.
• Drive eCommerce excellence : Apply your experience in eCommerce to enhance our digital sales funnel, conversion rates, and customer journeys.
• Bridge strategy and execution : Collaborate with regional and central teams to align on priorities, translate insights into initiatives, and ensure successful implementation.
• Optimize channel mix : Evaluate the effectiveness of different sales channels and support decisions on investment, scaling, and innovation.
• Enable data-driven decisions : Develop and manage KPIs that reflect both commercial impact and customer experience across channels.
• Champion best practices : Share learnings across markets to accelerate adoption of successful digital and direct channel strategies.
