In this role you will...
- Establish and lead the SEO team
- Develop and execute the vision for a new flagship site
- Craft and implement a superior SEO strategy
- Manage on-site and off-site SEO roadmaps
- Coordinate the expansion of SEO projects into new markets
- Oversee content creation from concept to quality assurance
- Engage with the CEO as part of the management team

- Proven SEO management experience, especially in affiliate marketing
- Proficient in product roadmap development and stakeholder collaboration
- Passionate about producing excellent editorial content
- Expertise in advanced backlink strategies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven knowledge in technical SEO
- Driven to develop into a Head of SEO within a year
- Fluent in German, with a good command of English
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
