TASKS
- Assist the Head of Global Business Operations in strategic steering, communication and organization, including :
- Organizing, planning and implementing measures to drive the transformation of Global Operations
- Project management and project support in global Operations topics and stakeholder management
- Fostering KPI-based steering and data-driven discussions
- Preparation of meetings (including briefings, presentation slides, follow-ups)
- Possible SIBE projects : Setup of Global Business Operations, conceptualizing training programs, developing communication action plans or driving transformation initiatives
PROFILE
- Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or related field
- Ideally first work experience in communication, operations, or IT and managing projects
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery of various global initiatives and strategic goals
- Proficient in Office Applications
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues as well as a strong ability to manage tasks and priorities
- Focus on achieving goals and outcomes
- Comfortable working in international environments
- Strong oral and written skills in English, German language skills are a plus
