• You drive the development of a product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with Alteos' market and business goals.
• You streamline workflows, ensuring collaboration between product, engineering, and external teams for smooth delivery.
• You implement clear communication and reporting structures to create transparency and accountability across teams.
• You mentor and lead product managers, fostering a strong team culture of innovation and ownership.
• You continuously identify new opportunities for growth, driving innovation to keep Alteos ahead of market trends.

This is what you bring to the table

• You have proven experience in leading digital product teams and managing the full product lifecycle, ideally within the insurance industry.
• You’ve successfully led cross-functional teams, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• You have hands-on experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, driving product development with efficiency and innovation.
• You’re knowledgeable about API and backend integrations, ideally in fintech or insurance, to ensure smooth product operations.
• You’re skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with leadership and external partners.
