WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We are seeking a talented Senior to Lead Brand Designer who is ready to take on a hands-on leadership role. You will be the first designer in this growing team, with opportunities for advancement as the team expands.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand’s visual identity from the ground up, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure consistency and creativity across all brand touchpoints.
In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with the Director of Marketing and the Founder, both of whom deeply value design.
You will lead the creation of brand assets, marketing materials, and sub-brands, while also contributing to digital and content strategies.
If you have experience in content creation and editing, that’s a plus your creativity and skills will be utilized across a variety of mediums.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT?
Brand Development : Lead the creation and evolution of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s vision.
Marketing Assets : Design a wide range of marketing materials, from digital ads to print collateral, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with the target audience.
Content Creation : Flex your creative muscles by contributing to content creation, including editing and producing visuals for digital campaigns.
Collaborative Design : Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Founder to ensure that design aligns with marketing goals and overall business objectives.
Growth and Leadership : As the first designer on the team, take the lead on design initiatives and prepare to guide new team members as the department grows.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Proven Experience : A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in brand design, with a particular focus on projects where you’ve taken a lead role.
Hands-On Skills : Expertise in creating visually compelling designs across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and marketing collateral.
Leadership Potential : You’re ready to step into a leadership role, guiding design strategy while also being actively involved in the design process.
Content Creation : Bonus points if you have skills in content creation and editing, allowing you to contribute to a broader range of creative projects.
Collaborative Spirit : Ability to work closely with leadership, understanding and executing on their vision while also bringing your own creative ideas to the table.
Location Flexibility : While the role offers flexible hybrid working, candidates must be based in Berlin, Munich, or London.
