We are committed to revolutionizing the financial space and are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer to lead our talent management strategy and scale our teams for success.
Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Chief People Officer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling teams and working with external recruitment partners.
This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring the success of our product launch in Europe.
This position will go live later this year and i am therefore talent pooling to find a selection of the best candidates on the market.
We're conducting this outreach operation to understand and speak with the most viable / experienced candidates in the market who are interested in a potential next step.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the company's people strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the talent management function, overseeing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans to support business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners to leverage their expertise and expand our talent pool.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Design and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance.
- Lead employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on people-related matters, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, particularly in Europe, and provide guidance to ensure fair and consistent practices.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief People Officer, Head of HR, or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience working with external recruitment partners to source and hire top talent.
- Deep understanding of talent management best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in Europe.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work remotely and accommodate flexible schedules as needed.
- Experience in launching products or services in the European market is a plus.
Timeline :
This role is scheduled to go live in Q4, with the expectation to onboard the selected candidate in Q1 to coincide with our product launch in Europe.
