Director of Supply Planning - Lead in Consumer Electronics

Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects related to supply chain management from forecasting demand to inventory control.
- Develop effective strategies that align with company goals while managing risks associated with product launches or fluctuations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally ensuring seamless integration between departments enhancing overall productivity.
Key Skills & Experience Required :
S&OP Expertise : Mastery over Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process is essential as it integrates financial planning, sales forecast along production capacity constraints leading towards balanced inventories against customer service levels expectations.
Leadership Acumen : Proven ability at steering teams through complex projects successfully; fostering collaboration among staff members encouraging innovative thinking problem-solving attitude required on this level position
Supply Chain Knowledge : In-depth understanding industry-specific challenges opportunities which occur during lifecycle products need navigating adeptly maintain competitive edge
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience within consumer electronics sector but also applicants backgrounds medical manufacturing have shown great adaptability skills when transferring their knowledge base across different industries thus being highly valued by us too!
