A leading innovator in video advertising technology empowering brands and agencies to maximize engagement and performance across premium digital environments is looking for a Digital Advertising Sales Manager to drive growth in the German market .

Tasks

Your Role

You will be responsible for selling our video AdTech solution to agencies brands and publishers across Germany. Your role will focus on building strong client relationships developing strategic sales initiatives and ensuring adoption of our technology across the digital advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting our video AdTech solutions to agencies brands and publishers in the German market .
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and nurture client relationships positioning our platform as a musthave solution for video advertising.
  • Lead presentations and pitches demonstrating the impact and value of our technology.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in digital video advertising programmatic and AdTech innovations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Ad Ops Product) to ensure client success and campaign optimization.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales preferably in AdTech programmatic or video advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of the German digital advertising ecosystem (agencies brands and publishers).
  • A proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German (native / fluent) and English .
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth in a competitive market .
  • Experience with video advertising programmatic platforms DSPs SSPs or CTV solutions is a plus.
