As a Sales and Key Account Manager within our High Performance Polymers Business, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to promote low carbon footprint biobased and recycled materials in the automotive market.

Your Sales Tasks :

  • Propose and execute a strategic sales plan (volume and pricing / margin) to drive growth in the territory with a special focus on key accounts and OEMs
  • Negotiate commercial contracts
  • Coordinate global accounts activity with related global team
  • Monitor customer demand and coordinate sales
  • Cultivate strong relationships across customers / OEms various levels and functions
  • Promote products and applications, identifying new customers and partners within the assigned segment / territory.

Your Other Tasks

  • Represent Arkema at trade shows.
  • Contribute articles, present papers, and attend conferences.
  • Analyze the value chain, competitive environment, and market dynamics within the territory.
  • Participate in standard committees and influence material requirements for standard tests as needed.
  • Utilize company tools (CRM, SAP, ) to manage and report on activities.

Your Qualifications :

  • 5 years experience in polymers sales, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and sales-closing skills
  • Fluent in German and English. French or eastern Europe language (polish, ) is a plus
  • Ability to analyse, to synthesize, to organize, to decide, to take priorities and to be innovative.
