The ideal candidate for this role is a Senior Commercial Director, with a specialized background in marketing, economics or engineering.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts.
You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management. We are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset, great leadership skills, creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the annual sales plan accordingly with the company strategy and market demand, cooperate with the company's development direction and new product development;
- Lead the sales team to achieve the company's sales strategy target;
- Establish and maintain new customer relationship, complete customer negotiation, follow up and maintenance work;
- Manage and direct sales team, including setting sales targets, training team members, supervising sales activities, and providing necessary guidance and support;
- Analyze sales data and market trends, provide sales reports and recommendations, optimize sales strategies and improve sales performance;
- Responsible for technical communication and sales activities planning and implementation, to complete the sales task;
- Manage and maintain customer relationship and long-term strategy and plan between customers, deal with customer complaints and problems, ensure customer satisfaction;
- Track and research domestic market trends, competitors and customer needs to provide market insights and improvement suggestions to maintain a competitive edge in the market;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, economics or engineering related;.
- At least 8 years sales management experience in automotive industry;
- New energy Busbar / BDU / PDU / Wire harness sales management experience is preferred;
- Understand the market dynamics of related industries and technical knowledge of the company's products;
- Good communication, organization and coordination skills;
- Strong insight, good at dealing with customer relations, strong execution and rigorous work ethic;
- Fluent in English with proficiency in MS Office;
