Student Assistant (Werkstudent) in Risk Management
The Hamburg-based Risk Management team, part of DNV Energy Systems, supports clients in all kinds of operational risk analysis, developing, auditing and improving safety management systems and asset integrity plans, and support incident investigations at clients' premises.
We work on projects related to the energy transition, including hydrogen, CCS, ammonia, low-carbon technologies (LNG), as well as with conventional energy and chemical industries.
To support our Consultants in the mid-term, we are looking for a Student Assistant (Werkstudent) who is willing to work with us in all aspects of our work.
Your role would be to participate in :
- Technical advisory projects in the entire energy value chain : Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments Management System development projects Reliability Analysis Incident Investigations
- Project management tasks for internal and client projects. from bidding through invoicing
- Sales, marketing and internal organization activities
- Mid- to long-term perspective : learn to be a consultant via trainings and real life applications, become part of the team and actively contribute to the success of our section

- Up to 20 hours per week (40 during semester breaks)

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Student in Engineering, enrolled in a German university
- If Master's, in the 2nd Master's semester or earlier; if Bachelor's, in 4th Bachelor's semester or earlier
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in German and English additional languages are a plus (. Dutch and / or French)
- Strong logical mindset, analytical capabilities
- Good communicator and team player
- Ambitious, positive and self-motivated attitude.
