Join EPAM Germany as a Director of Product Management (m / f / d) and lead of our product innovation journey! In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire product management lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to bring breakthrough products to life.

From identifying opportunities and generating new ideas, through rigorous validation and successful delivery, to managing the ongoing evolution of the product, you will be at the forefront of our product strategy.

Use your expertise in insights, data analysis, market trends and opportunity identification to create a compelling product vision and strategy.

Your innovative approach will ensure that our product roadmap not only meets but exceeds our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to create and deliver innovative products that delight their customers
• Lead product discovery and experimentation initiatives for your teams
• Collaborate closely with User Experience, Design and Research teams to ensure user-centered principles are at the core of product design and development
• Facilitate team discussions on hypotheses, guiding them through the discovery, testing and learning processes to validate ideas using data and insight-driven decision-making
• Promote the use of experiments and Multivariate Testing (MVT) techniques where applicable
• Lead, develop and expand our Western European Product Management capability, ensuring we have the right talent, skills, and experience to meet our clients' needs
• Align our Western European capabilities with EPAMs Global Product Management Competency framework

Requirements

This is a senior leadership role, so we would expect : Significant experience creating successful Products for large customer-facing organizations Proven ability to inspire, lead and develop product teams both for client organizations and internally within EPAM A strong drive to develop and grow our Product Management capability, staying ahead of emerging market trends to help clients innovate Exceptional communication skills to represent EPAM as a best-in-class provider of Product Management expertise to our clients Fluency in German and English Given these requirements, suitable candidates will likely have at least 10 years of experience in leading product organizations
