IT Transformation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Transformation Program Manager to oversee and steer our comprehensive IT transformation initiatives.

This role involves coordinating multiple projects and aligning them with global initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of our IT transformation targets.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the entire IT transformation program, encompassing application reduction and various other components managed by individual project managers.
• Management : Act as the umbrella authority, coordinating multiple projects to ensure they align with the overall transformation goals and deliver committed targets, including cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Alignment : Collaborate with global teams and other ongoing initiatives to maintain alignment and coherence in transformation efforts.
• Achievement : Ensure all transformation initiatives stay on track to meet deadlines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Management : Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate progress, challenges, and successes, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

Your skills and experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 8+years of experience in IT project management, including 3+ years in a program management role.
• Proven experience in leading IT transformation projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and transformational change.
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
