Your work scope to rethink impact

• You support the Application Operation Team in solving incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• You work intensively together with our SAP ERP Consultants to transfer the business requirements into processes and functions inside the application.
• You support our business departments in selecting the best way to implement requirements in order to ensure the consistency of the application.
• You implement changes in the module through parameterization based on change requests that describe the system requirements.

You will perform a quality check before handover to the client.

• You are responsible for a technical documentation of the processes and keep it up to date.
• You transport changes into the production system and hand over the documentation to the Application Support Team.
• Of course, you will first get to know our products and internal processes. A strong team is always around you, training courses make you fit for action.

Your skills to rethink impact

• Ideally, you have a degree in computer science or business administration, come from an IT environment and have several years of experience in processes in the SAP module SD (Sales and Distribution).

SAP SD Certification is desirable.
