As a  Data Scientist ,  you’ll  help us uncover insights that shape products,  optimize  decisions, and drive sustainability at scale.  You’ll  collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn complex data into simple, actionable outcomes — fueling Rabot’s growth and impact  in  the green energy ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze product and customer data to uncover insights that guide product development and business decisions.
• Partner with product teams to define metrics, track performance, and support data-informed prioritization.
• Design and evaluate  A / B tests and experiments  to measure feature impact and user behavior.
• Develop  data models, dashboards, and reports  that make performance transparent and measurable.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven analyses.
• Collaborate with engineers to build  production-grade analytical and optimization models .
• Support the evolution of  our  smart  charging and pricing  intelligence ,  integrating models into operational workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, empowering teams to act on insights.
