Your responsibilities
- Developing and implementing global health and safety strategies, policies and procedures
- Monitoring and assessing compliance with health and safety standards in all business areas
- Identifying risks and threats to the health and safety of employees and customers
- Developing and implementing training programmes and initiatives to improve the health and safety culture
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that health and safety standards meet legal requirements
Your profile
Experience in developing and implementing robust safety programmes and promoting a safety culture in a multinational environment.In-depth technical knowledge and experience in health and safety, including ISO 45001 and Behaviour Based Safety.Strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and diplomatic but firm demeanour.Business fluent in EnglishExcellent organisational and coaching skills.Ability to effectively problem solve, work independently and work under time pressure.Your benefits

The compensation for this position will be in the range of €80,000 to €100,000, commensurate with experience.
