IT Admin (Onsite Support)
Job Description
Note : This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C1 or Fluent / Native)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, or escalate technical issues and service requests.
- Administer, configure, and install forklift terminals, hand scanners, and label printers at warehouse locations.
- Support and develop our Matrix42 asset, contract, and ticket system, along with mobile device management (MobileIron).
- Plan and implement automated IT services using workflow-based processes.
- Maintain and enhance system and user documentation.
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Extensive expertise in system administration of Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 365, etc.) and Windows Active Directory management.
- Familiarity with Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management, Citrix XenApp, and scripting is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% to support other locations.
- Excellent written and spoken German skills.
- Independent, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
