We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BIM coordinator to join our team in Dresden or Stuttgart.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Managing the integration of the task team models across all disciplines to ensure there is a coordinated design
• Manage the project clash detection workflow with support from the Space Manager. Review design coordination using automated checking software
• Develop the template / s of authoring software for their respective trade
• Develop and document the BIM standards for Exyte COE
• Work closely with the technical departments to align the CAD standards with the department's requirements
• Make sure that the company standards and model structures are respected in every project and that the adapted workflows and processes are applied
• Keep up with new technologies, tools and processes to continuously enhance the adopted method

Show your expertise

• Technician, engineer for TGA or related fields
• Some years of experience in BIM field, industrial project experience preferred but not essential
• Extensive knowledge of modelling, coordination and collaboration software and common data environments (Revit, Navisworks BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Understanding of the IFC Schema and IFC import and export requirements for Revit
• Good knowledge of German and English
• High level of teamwork and communication skills
