Co-Founder, CEO Position at infresh / Food robotics startup

About infresh :

Infresh is on a mission to make healthy food more accessible and affordable for everyone. Our novel product, an autonomous food dispensing robot, combines cutting-edge robotics, artificial intelligence, and precision engineering to automate the process of dispensing food.

This food industry automation technology enables operational efficiency and hygienic food placement while reducing human labor and potential errors.

We're a dynamic early-stage startup, hosted in MotionLab.Berlin , looking for a Co-Founder who is ready to shape the future of hospitality technology.

Your Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated Co-Founder’ - CEO (m / w / d). As the CEO, you will drive the strategic direction, growth and success of our startup.

Responsible for :

• Develop and implement the corporate and growth strategy alongside the co-founders.
• Create and implement business processes for marketing, sales, and operations.
• Manage stakeholders and partnerships.
• Acquire customers and strengthen market presence.
• Build a corporate culture and team with co-founders.
• Actively prepare and manage financing rounds, engage with investors, and prepare legal documents.
• Pitch business and product ideas to investors and customers.
• Manage finances, risks, budgets, and fundraising.
• Develop market strategy, prepare, and drive market entry.

Core Competencies

• Proven experience in structured problem-solving approaches, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
• Solid background in hardware sales within B2B ecosystems, demonstrating a track record of successful deals.
• Expertise in creating and executing business plans, with a focus on business development in the tech sector.
• Experience in the food technology industry, with an understanding of the latest trends and challenges.
• Demonstrated success in raising Series A capital or similar funding rounds.
• Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Winning personality with strong communication skills especially in the field of investor management.

Requirements

• Master’s in business administration or equivalent.
• You have gained profound (5+ years) work experience within building and scaling start-ups.
• Based in Berlin, with the flexibility to work at our offices in Alt-Treptow and Marzahn (80% on-site, 20% remote).
• Strong alignment with our mission and commitment to making a significant impact in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English and German.
