Contract Administrator Underwriting

Let's connect : If you want to experience how things are done in the Reinsurance Division 9 - Credit, Surety and Political Risk at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Contract Administrator Underwriting .

You can look forward to

• Supporting the Underwriting Team : Preparing and managing of contract documents as well as assisting in contract processing
• Data Maintenance : Entering and securing contract data in our systems
• Document Review : Creating and reviewingdocuments for accuracy and completeness
• Communicating with other departments : Working with colleagues from different teams to quickly solve urgent issues

You come equipped with

• Completed training in insurance, finance, or a similar field (e.g., Insurance and Finance Clerk, Financial Administrator, Foreign Trade Assistant, Bank Clerk)
• Ideally, some practical experience in contract administration
• Business fluent in German and English
• Confident using Microsoft Office and IT management systems
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to work with international teams we’ll teach you the rest!
