How you ll help us :

As a Product Manager, you will :

• define product requirement specifications for Solplanet’s international products (string and hybrid inverters, communication devices, software apps, etc.)
• define key features of each product and ensure these key features are delivered through to product launch
• responsible for monitoring regulatory changes which will impact Solplanet products and service offerings.
• Together with local sales teams define the priorities of certification based on market needs and requirements.
• define the certification requirements together with local TS and Safety & Certification team to ensure all requirements are met.
• drive Solplanet into becoming a leader in energy management system domain via establishing a Solplanet eco-system.
• become point of contact for subjects such as product development, technical improvement, and product changes etc.
• benchmark Solplanet’s products against competition and monitor global market trends.
• support the development of the international product roadmap for future products.
• review product related contents of datasheets, brochures, manuals, and presentations.

Requirements

Your background and skills :

• Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
• At least 2 years in technical roles such as application engineering, technical support engineer, PV system designer
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
• Buiness fluent in English and German.
• Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage.
