Job Description

TEAM LEADERSHIP

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for leading a team of four experienced Service Owners. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting the direction, crafting the strategy, and outlining the roadmap for M365 services within Red Bull.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this responsible role, you will also take on project responsibility in the area of Red Bull's Digital Workplace Collaboration Services.

This means that you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet our objectives.

COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

To ensure transparency in your role, you will provide ongoing insight into the roadmap of initiatives within the Collaboration Services team.

In addition, building and maintaining relationships with colleagues both locally and globally is critical to success in this role.

BUDGET OWNERSHIP

As Manager of our Microsoft EA, you will be responsible for managing the budgets of all providers and partners within the Collaboration Services division.

This includes planning, monitoring and controlling costs.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and partners is crucial. You'll be in charge of fostering these connections, ensuring that contracts are in place and effectively managed to support the smooth operation of our collaboration services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

At least five years of experience in managing and leading IT teams and projects, preferably in the Microsoft 365 domain

Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft 365 services and technologies, including Sharepoint / OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online and M365 tools

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.

392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
