Our client is a rapidly growing, innovative technology company specializing in blockchain-based solutions. They are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive their expansion across the DACH region.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in SaaS and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling up sales operations, a solid understanding of blockchain technology, and a keen interest in the fintech industry.
This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives within the DACH region.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in SaaS and B2B sales, with significant experience in scaling up sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in business.
- Experience in the fintech industry is highly desired.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed.
