Working Student – Data Administration Support for Learning & Development (f / m / d)

Job Description

We’re growing and are looking for a Working Student to support our Learning & Development (L&D) team with day-to-day administrative tasks .

You’ll join the L&D Process & Execution team, working with colleagues based in Germany and Sweden. Our mission is to deliver high-quality trainings and enable continuous learning across the entire organization. To make this happen, we work closely with other Talent teams as well as internal customers.

This role offers hybrid work and very flexible working hours, making it easy to combine with your studies.

What you’ll do

You’ll mainly support our L&D Coordinators across the full learning lifecycle — from training preparation to follow-up activities.

Your responsibilities include :

• Supporting the administrative side of the planning and coordination of trainings
• Pre-training activities :

Sending training materials and participant lists to trainers

Managing attendance and course completion
