Senior Product Manager - Inventory Lifecycle

The backbone of the business is to ensure we have the level of inventory level that matches our forecasted customer demand.

You will join the Digital Product team responsible for providing the back office systems that enables this process; from demand & supply planning, inbound supply chain, and inventory management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Use understanding of our inventory and supply chain model to evaluate the right technology strategy for the inventory lifecycle process
• Create digital solutions that enables the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to make demand and supply planning decisions that balances return on cash and cash cycle time
• Create digital solutions that allows Supply Chain to track and manage inbound deliveries that minimises variability in replenishment lead-time
• Use understanding of the types of decisions Commercial and Supply Chain teams need to make, the data needed to make those decisions, workflows where they are created, and workflows where the data will be used for decision making to define what your digital solution needs to enable

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• Love problems worth solving : you have a knack for finding the right business problems to solve within the context of business strategy needs & Product Manager - Internal Products 2 mastered the craft of building consensus with your key stakeholders on how to prioritize them
• Mastered art of finding root causes : you know how to dig below surface of what your stakeholders are telling you to finding underlying process problems that your product should serve
• Obsess about problem-solution fit : you have an arsenal of techniques to validate Marty Cagan’s 4 risks while balancing the need to just deliver solutions quickly
• Set the pace for value-delivery : you’ve grown to learn the variable you have to getting product releases delivered quickly and on-time is about size of goal and scope of functionality to achieve goals rather than challenging engineering on why something takes so long
