We are looking for a committed person (m / f / d) to join our payroll accounting team with immediate effect.
Your tasks :
Carrying out payroll accounting in the SAP®-HCM system for a defined group of employees, including all follow-up activities.
Processing tax and social security matters, maintaining absences and correspondence with health insurance companies and tax offices.
Implementation of capital-forming benefits, direct insurance and one-off payments in payroll accounting.
Advising employees and managers on all payroll-related issues.
Digitisation of payroll-related processes and optimisation of interfaces.
Processing payroll-related certification and insurance matters, preparing analyses, monthly statistics and provisions.
Maintenance and administration of master data and management of digital personnel files.
Your profile :
Responsible, team-orientated way of working, quick comprehension and high customer orientation.
Completed (commercial) training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m / f / d), tax clerk (m / f / d) or comparable educational background.
Sound professional experience in payroll accounting or a comparable position as a tax clerk (m / f / d).
Good knowledge of the legal framework in the area of payroll accounting as well as payroll tax and social security law.
SAP knowledge and experience with Workday software desirable.
Good knowledge of German and English as well as MS Office.
