Job Location

The role is located in our Munich office with the possibility to work partially remote.

About the Role :

As part of the Corporate Development team you will support the group-wide development of initiatives in the area of organizational development and implement them together with the relevant business units.

The central question for us is how we can create value for the customer and thereby thrive as an organization as well.

In this role you will work with almost all divisional and corporate functions of the company. You will need to be a sparring partner, solution shaper and implementation responsible alike.

This can be rewarding and very challenging at the same time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Shape and coordinate efforts to further develop into a scalable, diverse, agile and strong organization capable of realizing growth and profitability aspirations tasks
  • Plan and execute transformative strategies to meet organizational objectives, that by their nature, change the company's structure & strategy
  • Guide and implement strategic initiatives that aim at operational efficiency and thereby improve the financial and operating performance of the company
  • Further develop and strengthen our Target Operating and Incentive Model by understanding the key drivers of revenues and expenses, identifying most important KPIs to measure and evaluate company performance
  • Proactively seek ways to ensure strong company culture, high engagement and excellent performance throughout the organization
  • Interact and communicate with different stakeholders, including employees from different countries and seniorities, management, investors, and clients

Requirements

  • Excellent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, MBA is a plus
  • Around 3 years of working experience from a diverse background, e.g. in strategy, business operations or IT consultancies, investment-banking, Controlling, Corporate Development, Chief of Staff
  • Work experience in software organisation catering to the Banking, Insurance or Finance industry is a plus
  • Proven track record in execution of strategic and / or operational projects
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills combined with an entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Very strong analytical skills and ability to dig into new topics and data fast
  • High motivation to accelerate company growth and take on real ownership
  • Pronounced willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and organize
  • Profoundly knowledge of MS excel (knowledge of other data-analysing tools or programming language is a big plus, e.g., MS Power BI, MS Power Automate, VBA, etc.)
  • Business fluent German and English
