Deuux is looking for an Event Manager for one of his institutional clients.
We are seeking an experienced candidate to oversee and coordinate event activities during all phases preparation, on-site, and follow-up and manage related event tasks.
This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Event Planning and Coordination : Lead the organization and coordination of all event activities, including pre-event preparations, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Event Management Software : Manage and monitor the functionality and outputs of event management software, preferably Cvent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Reporting and Analysis : Produce detailed reports on event performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving : Handle any issues that arise during the event with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring the event's success.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Experience : 3-7 years of international event management experience, with a preference for experience in EU institution event management.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in event management software (Cvent preferred), along with strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Languages : C1 level of English is mandatory. Proficiency in other EU languages is a plus.
- Personal Qualities : Detail-oriented, accurate, solution-oriented, team player, flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.
