About the Role :
We are seeking a Electrical Supervisor to oversee operations within a nuclear facility. We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our electrical maintenance efforts, ensuring safe and reliable operations in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise Electrical Maintenance Teams : Oversee the implementation of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct Performance Monitoring : Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the functionality of critical electrical systems.
- Lead Troubleshooting Efforts : Resolve electrical system issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure Compliance : Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years in relevant fields, including 5 years in nuclear power plant maintenance.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
