We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
Provide demo, presentations & conduct reseller / partner training on ManageEngine solutions
Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
Engage with existing ManageEngine customer to make sure they are happy customers and identify any upsell / cross sell opportunities, if any.
Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts.
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, IT Security solutions and IT service management.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Willingness to travel within / outside EU to meet customers, partners, and prospects.
Technical Pre-sales / Technical Account Management / ICT Manager or related experience is an added advantage.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
German and English professional proficiency is mandatory for this role

Requirements
A passion to work with technology. Team-player : Able to work in a diverse multi-cultural team in a collaborative way. Customer empathy and strong customer-facing skills via excellent communication.
Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback. Proven work experience of 3-5 years as Account Manager or relevant role in a technology / ICT company Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Solid experience or background with business software Experienced in managing customer expectations while working with internal teams and stakeholders while listening to customers and showing empathy Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail
