Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand upcoming IT initiatives, projects, and resource requirements
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts and plans for IT resources such as hardware, software, infrastructure, and manpower
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet demand while optimizing costs
  • Identify potential risks and constraints in meeting demand and propose solutions to mitigate them
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate demand planning processes, tools, and methodologies, making recommendations for improvements as needed

Profile

  • Proven experience in demand planning or IT resource management, preferably in a retail organization
  • Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Proven experience using MS Excel and other tools to structure analysis and MS PowerPoint and others to present complex findings
